STEP 1: Contact Us
Get Contact with our healthcare consulting team who is multi-language speaker (English, Arabic and Turkish)
Simply describe your symptoms, diagnosis and what type of treatment you are looking to receive.
Our team may ask you for additional medical documents such as medical report and/or previous investigations.

STEP 2: Our Hospitals/Clinics Communication
Based on the initial information we receive from you and the extra data we have requested, we start communicating with the relevant doctors and hospitals about your best possible treatment plans. Our team keeps you informed with every step of our communications.

STEP 3: Get Your Treatment Plan Options
Within 24 to 48 hours you will receive 3 detailed treatment plan options from different hospitals and/or clinics.
Our team will explain to you the treatment options in details including: diagnosis, treatment, estimated cost, treating doctor information and timeline for your stay in Turkey.
You also have the opportunity at this point to ask about a different doctor or treatment option if you are not satisfied with our suggestions.
Once you agree to a treatment plan, we can proceed to the next step.
STEP 4: Plan your Treatment Trip
Decide the dates of your travel and we can assist you to apply for visa if required, booking flights, accommodation and transportation. During your stay in Turkey you will have your native language translator all the time while having treatment at the hospital.
In addition, if you are traveling with family or friends, we can provide tourist information, Our Team will always support you during your entire stay in Turkey.
STEP 5: Return Home Safely
After your treatment is completed and you pass the recovery period, transportation to the airport will be arranged for you so you can take your flight to return your home. We will always be in touch with you to see how you are doing and how is your process.
