Surgical Facial Aesthetics

It is a fact that we have a chance to transform the story of aging through the experience, knowledge and technology that the medical world has reached today.
One or more of these plastic surgeries may be preferred. In facial plastic surgeries; patient’s skin, age, bone structure, ear shape etc. features play a decisive role.
It is very important that patients who want to have facial plastic surgery should evaluate the changes they desire by considering the advice and information given by their doctors and planning the operation together.

Non Surgical Facial Aesthetics
Botox, fillings, lasers, peeling, mesotherapy, skin care, youth vaccine, dermabrasion, dermapen, gold needle radio frequency treatment and many applications are performed without surgical intervention in non surgical facial procedures. These applications, which are frequently preferred by people who do not want to undergo a surgical facial aesthetic operation, can be done comfortably in a short time. Recently, non surgical facial aesthetics applications and medical processes are increasing due to developing technology and highly qualified plastic surgeons in Turkey. In this case, treatment options also increase.

Blepharoplasty

The eyes are one of the most prominent facial features. They are often the first thing that we see when meeting someone new. Eyes that are beautiful can take attention away from other, less ideal features. Unfortunately, the eyes are often the first area of the face to show the signs of age and may, with time, appear tired, droopy and swollen, with blepharoplasty, you can address these problems.
Blepharoplasty, also known as eyelid surgery or an eyelid lift, is a cosmetic surgery procedure which removes excess fat and skin from the upper and lower eyelids and alters the underlying muscles in order to improve a puffy, sagging or tired appearance. This produces a more youthful, refreshed appearance to the eyelids. Blepharoplasty can be performed for cosmetic reasons to improve aging symptoms, as well as for functional reasons to improve droopy eyelids that interfere with the patient’s field of vision. Blepharoplasty is often performed with other procedures such as Botox treatments, facelift, neck lift, or brow lift.
Eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, is a surgical procedure to improve the appearance of the eyelids. Blepharoplasty surgery can be performed on the upper lids, lower lids or both. Whether you want to improve your appearance or are experiencing functional problems with your eyelids, eyelid surgery can rejuvenate the area surrounding your eyes. Eye Lid surgery or Blepharoplasty can treat:
-
Loose or sagging skin that creates folds or disturbs the natural contour of the upper eyelid, sometimes impairing vision
-
Fatty deposits that appear as puffiness in the eyelids
-
Bags under the eyes
-
Drooping lower eyelids that reveal white below the iris
-
Excess skin and fine wrinkles of the lower eyelid

Face Lift

Over time, as the skin loses its elasticity and begins to sag, wrinkles begin to develop along the eyelids and forehead, deep creases appear beside the mouth, jowls emerge at the jawline, and loose folds and fat deposits surface along the neck. Facelift is a procedure offered at Get Well Healthcare that can address those issues.
These aging symptoms can be further exacerbated by the sun and the general stresses of daily life. The facelift also referred to as rhytidectomy, is a cosmetic surgery procedure designed to counteract the signs of aging in the mid to lower face and neck. During surgery, the muscles are tightened and excess fat and skin are removed in order to restore a more youthful and refreshed facial appearance.
The best candidate for a facelift is a woman or man whose face and neck demonstrate skin laxity (sagginess), especially of the lower face/jowl area, and neck.
facelift surgery is performed on patients under general anesthesia or IV sedation may be used and surgical times average two to three hours. The incisions for the facelift are concealed in areas in front of and behind the ears and in the hairline.
A traditional full facelift address the face, jowls, and neck by lifting and repositioning the muscles and deeper tissues, removing excess fat and trimming excess skin.
Patients requiring less extensive rejuvenation around the eyes and mouth, including nasolabial folds and other deep creases, may be candidates for the limited-incision facelift also known as an "Awake Facelift". This procedure involves short incisions at the temples and around the ear, and possibly in the lower eyelids/and or under the upper lip.
Non Surgical Facial Aesthetics
Botox, Fillers, Laser, Anti-Aging Injections & Stem Cell Therapy

Non-surgical cosmetic procedures do not require a surgical incision to be made and are usually considered minimally invasive. However, as with any medical procedure, these treatments may have some side effects, especially if they’re carried out by practitioners who are not properly qualified. This is where Save Face comes in. As nonsurgical cosmetic procedures aren’t currently regulated by law, we have developed a centralized register of Save Face accredited practitioners who have been thoroughly vetted to ensure that they uphold Save Face best practice standards.
Facial aesthetic without surgery offers a great opportunity for people who want to improve the appearance of their face but who are reluctant to surgery or whose general health status is not suitable for surgical operations. The minimally invasive nature of the interventions allows the maximum comfort of the people during these procedures.
Facial aesthetic applications without surgery are performed after application of creams with local anesthetic effect on skin. In other words, the patient is not exposed to the effects of general anesthesia.
After facial aesthetic applications without surgery, the patient can return to daily life rapidly. Since the incision is not performed on the skin and the patient does not have general anesthesia, the daily life after the procedure is not disrupted. The methods are very practical and fast. Particularly those who are working lives can do facial aesthetics without surgery even during lunch. In this way, their lives will not be interrupted.
The results of applications after facial aesthetic without operation are observed rapidly. The patient can reach ideal vision immediately or within days. Because of the minimal intervention, the duration of the healing is very short after the application of facial aesthetics without surgery and the side effects can occur very low levels or no side effects at all.
When facial aesthetics without surgery are performed by specialist surgeons, they also come to the forefront with high success rates. Surgeons who understand the patient’s expectations, examine the skin structure and analyze the proportion of all organs of the face offer solutions that will increase the patient’s satisfaction.

Botox Cosmetics
Botox Cosmetic, or Botulinum toxin, is one of the most popular and most requested cosmetic procedures in Turkey. This is a safe, effective, quick treatment for reducing or eliminating facial lines. There is no downtime, little to no discomfort, and results last up to six months. Botox is ideal for treating crow’s feet, frown lines, horizontal forehead lines, worry lines around the mouth, lines on either side of the nose, and lines or bands on the neck for a more youthful, rejuvenated appearance. Botox may also be used to treat migraine headaches, excessive sweating, and muscle spasms of the eyes and neck.
Unlike injectable fillers which work by restoring volume to wrinkles or depressions, Botox works by relaxing the muscles responsible for certain expressions. Expressions like smiling, laughing, frowning and even looking puzzled cause the muscles of the face to contract. Over time, the repeat skin creases that occur as the muscles contract can turn to permanent wrinkles and furrows in the skin. Botox works by erasing these marks of aging while also preventing future lines from occurring.
Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau are each slightly different formulations of Botulinum toxin type A, a naturally occurring toxin which when injected next to muscle, causes the muscle to relax. This relaxation can be partial or complete, depending on the amount of product used and the strength of the muscle being treated. The 3 different brand names listed above are in reality much more similar than different. Over recent years, Dysport has become our preferred preparation in most cases, because its onset of action seems to be quicker, with noticeable improvement usually beginning after 2 to 3 days, versus 6 or 7 days with Botox or Xeomin.

Injectable Fillers

Over the past several years, options for injectable fillers have become significantly refined. The majority of fillers used today are forms of hyaluronic acid (HA). Hyaluronic acid is a substance that occurs naturally in all mammals and has been successfully and safely cloned in the laboratory.
Because pure hyaluronic acid would be broken down by the body in about 24 hours, HA injectables have been modified to increase their stability over time by a process called cross-linking. The different HA products differ in molecule size as well as amount of cross-linking. These variations cause changes in characteristics such as “thickness” of the product and how long it remains in the body. The average treatment results last around six months, although the length the product remains can vary based on individual factors, the product chosen, and the area being treated. Injectable fillers are used for:
-
Lip augmentation
-
Restoration of lost volume in the cheeks/midface and other areas of the face
-
Making the jowls appear less pronounced
-
Smoothing wrinkles and folds
-
Adjusting droopy mouth corners
-
Reducing nasolabial folds (folds around the nose)
-
Performing non-surgical rhinoplasty (to make the nose appear more narrow or more straight)
-
Performing non-surgical chin augmentation
-
Performing non-surgical blepharoplasty (reduce hollowness under the eyes)
